Oh, how I enjoy a new month. Perfect chance to start afresh on the Skinny Crusade and (as per) Skinny Soph here has a Plan Of Action. It looks roughly like this:

Food = MAX 800 cals  Exercise = MIN 30 mins 

WEIGHT LOSS GOAL FOR JUNE - 10lbs
